Biography:
Elliott White first captured Express fans' attention during the April 1 game against the rival Lehigh Valley Steelhawks at the Sovereign Center. He scorched the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks for four touchdowns, and picked up that week's IFL Special Teams Player of the Week accolade.
In helping the Express edge the Steelhawks that night, White averaged more than 20 yards per return, tallying 212 total yards on ten returns. One of those returns was a 54-yard scamper for what would be the game-winning touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
After solidifying his role with the team, White would continue to contribute to the offensive unit throughout the remainder of the season. On the season, the Widener University grad posted 203 yards on the ground with five rushing touchdowns. He also pulled down 21 receptions, three for scores.
